Holistic Counseling

We all experience stress-producing situations on a daily basis. While most are minor, quickly managed and then forgotten, some situations are sufficiently difficult to deal with that, rather than confronting eliminating or adjusting to the source of the stress, we choose to set up protective blocks instead.
